Financial Time에 이런 코너가 있는 줄 처음 알았네요  출처 : Financial Time 2017년 5월 27일 Asia판    좀 더 큰 화면으로 보면 ~~      오늘 소개할 곳은 참으로 절묘한 곳에 자리잡고 있군요 (아니 이 곳은, 수업시간에 배우는 Sahel 아니던가?)사헬은 아랍어의 사힐에서 유래했다고 하는데사힐은 아이러니컬하게도 바닷가라는 뜻이라고 합니다.왜 바닷가란 뜻을 지닌 사헬은 왜 이렇게 건조해진걸까요?  건기가 대부분이고 정기적으로 우기가  찾아오는 지역이라건축물 양식도 기후와 상관이 깊었겠군요.                   여기서 가장 기억에 남는 문구는 The raised platform provides protection from seasonal floods.T..
