지하수(대수층) 고갈로 인한 지반침하

이걸 믿어야 할지 말지

저 전봇대 처럼 생긴 pole위에 적혀 있는 저 숫자(연도)는 도대체 무엇을 의미하는가?

1925년, 55년, 77년도 지반의 고도가 저 높이였다는 것입니다. 이게 도대체 정말인지???

The compaction of unconsolidated aquifer systems that can accompany excessive ground-water pumping is by far the single largest cause of subsidence. The overdraft of such aquifer systems has resulted in permanent subsidence and related ground failures. In aquifer systems that include semiconsolidated silt and clay layers (aquitards) of sufficient aggregate thickness, long-term ground-water-level declines can result in a vast one-time release of “water of compaction” from compacting aquitards, which manifests itself as land subsidence.

A, B, C, D, E, F에 의해서 지반 침하가 나타날 수 있다네요. 그것을 지역별로 유형을 나눠서 지도로 표시했습니다. (USGS)

 

평상시 흐르는 하천의 높이는 (하도와 수량) 두가지만 상관있는게 아니군요.

 

저 하늘색 직선 아래로는 well만 만들면 수압에 의해서 물이 올라오겠군요.
